Can I Make Custom Doors?
Yes! Although all of our doors can be customized to fit your specific frame, you may also wish to work with us on creating a custom door that fits your specific home’s design aesthetic. Just provide us with the opening door measurements and CONTACT US to discuss your ideas and we can work together to make the door of your dreams!
Do You Ship Small Orders And Full 20 Ft. by 40 Ft. Containers
We accept small orders and are also capable of shipping full container orders. Our current output is approximately 100 entry door units per month.
Do You Provide Drawings Prior To Shipping Orders?
Yes! We provide AutoCAD drawings for your approval prior to shipping your entry door. Drawings take up to two days to complete and must be approved by you prior to shipping your door.

Do Your Doors Come With A Jamb?
All of our doors come with a 2ft x 6ft jamb unless otherwise specified prior to shipment.
Do Your Doors Come With A Threshold Welded To The Frame?
Yes, all of our doors come with a threshold welded to the frame.
What Kind Of Hinge Do You Use For Your Doors? Can You Send Pictures?
We use heavy-duty ball bearing hinges. Please CONTACT US prior to placing your order and we will be happy to send pictures.
Are Your Doors 12 Gauge Or 14 Gauge Steel?
We use high quality 12 gauge steel for all of our doors, making them durable and long lasting.
How Thick Are Your Doors?
Our doors are 2 inches thick.
What Kind Of Glass Do You Offer? Is The Glass Openable?
We use dual-paned, tempered glass 5mm+6mm+5mm thick (vacuumed in the middle). Glass is available in different patterns. Please see our GLASS OPTIONS for availability. All glass is openable for ventilation and easy cleaning.
Does The Door Come With A Lock?
Doors do not come with a lock, but they are pre-bored for standard locking systems 2-3/8″ backset, 2-1/8″ diameter, 5-1/2″ center to center for residential doors.
What Is Your Lead Time?
This depends on the quantity and the design. Usually for a 20 ft. container, the lead time is 12-16 weeks.
Tell Me About Your Packing Methods
We pack the door and the frame separately. The door is packed with EPE bubblewrap, carton, and plywood casing. The frame is wrapped with layers of bubblewrap.
Do You Offer A Warranty?
We warranty all doors for 10 years against manufacturing defects and all finish and glass for 5 years.
